WHAT IS THE EXECUTIVE EXPERIENCE DAY?
The Executive Experience Day is an immersive one day event where you experience a ‘day in the life’ of an executive. For the day you are the executive of a fictitious company and are faced with a series of challenges from making tough decisions, to being the face of the company, to designing strategies for your company and managing difficult staff. Your leadership skills will be put to the test and you will see if being an executive is for you.
HOW IT WORKS
You will be briefed on your role and the company one week in advance of the day to prepare
Throughout the day you will complete a series of tasks that an executive would do in their role
Over lunch you will network with seasoned executives and learn from their experiences
The day will conclude with a panel and networking session with young and experienced executives, entrepreneurs and business founders who will share their stories on what being an executive is really like
After the day you will receive feedback on your performance and an opportunity to learn about your strengths and blind spots to take your leadership to the next level
