PARTICIPANTS AT ELEVATE ARE FROM
THE PROGRAM
Elevate is an exclusive immersive program which enables participants to experience a day in the life of an executive of a large infrastructure organisation, upskill with frameworks and the WeAspire Triple E system and gain specific feedback on their capabilities.
Participants will make the tough calls, be put on the spot and connect with people. Here is what participants experience in the Elevate Program.
PRE PROGRAM
Before Elevate officially kicks off you are set up for their immersive day in the life experience. This includes in an online training to arm you with tools, strategies and frameworks to test out on the day.
MORNING
After a quick briefing you will be in to the thrust of the day. You’ll be developing strategy, practicing your pitch, making decisions, all while your team come to you with requests left, right and center.
LUNCH
After a fast paced morning, you get to break character and network with senior Executives from across industry. This is a great chance to meet Mentors, ask for pointers and feedback before you throw yourself back in.
AFTERNOON
With lunch out of the way this is the final challenge of the day. You might have some tricky conversations to navigate, or lucrative business decisions to mull over and navigate. Will you take it all in your stride?
CELEBRATION
Once the hard work is out of the way, it’s time to celebrate. You got to the other side, and you’re still in one piece. Congratulations! Now is the time to crack a beer (or sparkling water) and connect with the incredible leaders who are in your Elevate cohort.
FEEDBACK AND DEBRIEF
You will receive a personalised feedback report with input from your mentors throughout the day. Then debrief the experience, review the feedback from mentors and evaluate what’s next for you in your leadership journey at the group debrief session
