FELICITY FUREY
CO-FOUNDER AND CEO
An award-winning business leader, engineer and entrepreneur, Felicity Furey has been a leader from the very beginning of her career.
In the world of engineering Felicity has been on the tools as a site engineer, structural engineer and project manager before she skyrocketed to the top to lead some of Australia’s most innovative mega infrastructure projects for the likes of Arup, fortune 500 company AECOM and Brisbane City Council, where she delivered a $45 million dollar transport infrastructure project portfolio at just 23 years of age.
Named one of the Australian Financial Reviews 100 Women of Influence, BOSS Magazine’s Young Executive of the Year, an Engineers Australia Centenary Hero, Australia’s most innovative engineers and as a Superstar of STEM, Felicity has made the impossible, possible in her career.
Felicity has founded several successful businesses including Power of Engineering and secured partnerships with the likes of Qantas, Toyota and Energy Australia to bring her vision to life.
Felicity is the CEO of WeAspire, host of podcasts “Promoted” and “Emerging Excellence” and is undertaking a PhD in emerging leadership.

Michael Furey is an expert in building successful high performing teams.
Throughout his career Michael has found himself in leadership roles from a young age. The founder of international charity, Global Sunrise, Head of Sales for Renewable Energy company and founder of two businesses in his 20s, Michael has experienced first hand the challenges young leaders face today.
In addition to his entrepreneurial experiences, Michael has held sales leadership roles in renewable energy, investment and FinTech companies and General Manager positions for various companies including energy businesses and digital agencies.
Michael works with several business owners and entrepreneurs as their trusted advisor, conscientiously driving change for the better, in team performance, revenue and asset growth.
Michael is the General Manager of WeAspire and the Head of High Performance Coaching.
